Biennial Golf Tournament
| The Ed Brennan Memorial Golf Tournament is held every other spring at The Club Pelican Bay and serves as the primary fundraising event for The Founders Fund. There are many ways to participate in this event - as a player in the tournament, as a sponsor or benefactor, as a volunteer, or by donating to the live or silent auctions.
The 10th Biennial Ed Brennan Memorial Tournament to benefit the Founders Fund student scholarships was held Monday, April 2, 2012. A record $340,000 was made during the event. See Press Release page for entire story. The next event will be held in the spring of 2014.

Annual Get Acquainted Luncheon | The Founders Fund hosts a "Get Acquainted Luncheon" every year during the Christmas/New Year's break. The event, held at The Club Pelican Bay, honors the annual scholarship recipients of The Fund and is attended by board members, supporters, and the college students currently receiving scholarships. |

Annual High School Counselor's Breakfast | Held every year at the start of the scholarship application season, counselors from Collier County high schools come to The Club Pelican Bay to share information with Founders Fund members and each other about the upcoming graduating class. |

Annual Scholarship Reception | Each May, The Founders Fund honors new scholarship recipients with an ice cream reception held at The Club Pelican Bay. Trustees, parents, sponsors, and counselors gather together to congratulate and welcome students into the fold as they receive their award. |

Becoming an Event Sponsor... Sponsors of the Biennial Golf Tournament are entitled to two playing spots in the golf event and four places at the awards dinner. In addition, sponsors receive publicity in all publications and activities of The Founders Fund and invitations to the Annual Luncheon and Scholarship Reception.
