The two-day event was held at Club Pelican Bay with the banquet being held on April 9 and the golf tournament on April 10; over 270 guests were in attendance for the banquet and nearly 200 participated in the golf tournament.

(January 12, 2018 – Naples, FL) ) Suchen Lin was born in the port city of Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 1968. Her parents were educated on the mores of Taiwan culture and manual labor. Strong family values and dedication to hard work was the rule. What little was known about American life was skewed via Hollywood scripts. English was not a second language in the Lin household. The family moved to Taichung, Taiwan’s second most populous city, when Suchen was in sixth grade. Opportunities for a better life were the prescription.
